Had problem with A/C emergency pan building up water level, had Oalmann (Brad) come out and clean outdrain on affected unit and also our other two units. He did a site assessment of our units and found that two ofthe units were sharing a drain line. He proposed a solution and came back a week later to implement it after we agreed. Brad has helped us out before and as usual gave us outstanding service and was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Brad, and thank you Oalmann AC and Heating.

I called because I had water leaking from my ceiling. Brad came within an hour and found the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend this company!
They came out VERY quickly the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. The technician's name was Zack.He was very polite, efficient and quick. I have an 11 year old son with autism who doesn't handle new people very well and he was very understanding. I appreciate his attitude and his help! :) Thankfully, he was able to fix the issue on the spot and I felt like the cost was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Oalmann A/C & Heating LLC for sure.
AC quit cooling then stopped working entirely. I called Oalmann this morning and they sent someone out the same afternoon to check it - even earlier than expected. Brad was knowledgeable, quick, and friendly as can be; got my unit going again in about 30 minutes (turns out the capacitor died). This ismy 2nd time using Oalmann. They are good people!
Oalmann AC did a great job. Even called and asked if they could come earlier than their scheduled appointment. Very efficiently fixed my problem which as it turned out was a simple blown fuse. Many less reputable companies might say the problem was far more complex and charge far more, but they didn't do that...Great job
Oalmann did a fantastic job with the installation and the communication to pull off a very complicated project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new HVAC system in the area.
